This Single & Multi-Family project located in scenic Telluride, Colorado is an affordable housing project developed exclusively with High Mark Development for the town of Telluride.

This Single Family home, located in the Aldasoro Ranch subdivision, overlooks the town of Telluride, Colorado. Once again, a combined effort with High Mark Development and Chief® Custom Homes, this luxurious mountain home is scheduled for August 2010 production. (View Images).
Awarii Golf Club and Community is pleased to announce Chief Custom Homes as a preferred builder in the master planned community. Chief will begin building this fall and a town home model will be featured in a premier location between holes #2 and #3 on the golf course.
The Awarii Estates will be a 130-160 unit residential development with a mix of custom residential half to one acre lots and twenty to forty townhome/villas. The Estates will occupy approximately 200 acres. The homes will be set along the course with many having fantastic views of golf and the dunes.
